Dennis Cooper is an American writer, artist, and critic living in Paris. His writing often features dark sexual imagery and critical prose investigations on the topics of murder, death, and the inadequacy of language. His series of books entitled the George Myles Cycle” gained critical acclaim in the 80’s and 90’s, and he is heralded as one of the most influential of contemporary authors.
